NightBooth is provided by GoodPaper Ltd. By using the app you agree to these terms. On iOS, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; on Android, Google Play's terms apply.

The app

NightBooth lets you take photos using your phone's screen as the light. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You keep all rights to the photos you take.

NightBooth Pro

Pro is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) that removes the watermark and saves frames to your photo library. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

What we don't do

We don't collect accounts or analytics and we don't upload your photos. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the app to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, and don't attempt to circumvent the watermark or the subscription.

No warranty; limitation

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GoodPaper Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the effective date above will change. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
